Pitthu Partner – Terms & Conditions
Version updated on 07-10-2026 · Same terms are shown in the Pitthu Partner app in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and must be accepted before going online.
These terms are between you (the delivery partner) and Mahadev Enterprise, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, which runs Pitthu. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. About this agreement
- Pitthu is a technology platform that connects customers who want goods moved with independent delivery partners ("you"). You are not an employee of Pitthu.
- By tapping "I agree" you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
- You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence for your vehicle.
2. Safety first (compulsory)
- Wearing a helmet is COMPULSORY for 2-wheeler partners on every trip. Seat belt is compulsory for 3/4-wheeler partners.
- Follow all traffic rules and speed limits. Do not jump signals, drive on the wrong side or overload the vehicle.
- Never drive after drinking alcohol or taking drugs. Accounts are blocked permanently for this.
- Do not use the phone in hand while driving. Accept orders only when it is safe to do so.
- Keep your vehicle in good condition (brakes, lights, tyres) and carry valid RC, licence, PUC and insurance as required by law.
- Traffic fines (challans) and accidents caused by your driving are your own responsibility.
3. Customer goods
- Once you pick up an order, the customer's goods are in your care until delivery. Handle them carefully.
- Do not carry illegal, banned or dangerous items (drugs, weapons, explosives, liquor where banned). If you suspect such items, refuse the order and inform Pitthu support.
- Verify the pickup OTP with the customer before starting the trip. Deliver only at the given address.
4. Behaviour
- Be polite with customers. Abuse, harassment, threats or asking for extra money is not allowed.
- Do not take customers' phone numbers or contact them for personal reasons after the trip.
- Only you can use your account. Sharing your account or letting another person drive is not allowed.
5. Wallet, commission and cash
- Joining Pitthu is free (₹0 joining fee).
- On cash orders you collect the full amount from the customer. Pitthu's commission and fees are then deducted from your Pitthu wallet. On online (UPI) orders your earning is added to your wallet.
- If your wallet goes below the warning limit (currently ₹-100) you will be reminded to recharge. At the block limit (currently ₹-200) new orders stop until you recharge.
- Any negative balance is money you owe to Pitthu and must be paid by recharging the wallet.
- Wallet recharge is used only for commission and fees; it is not a deposit and is not refundable as cash, except as decided by Pitthu for wrong or double payments.
- Bonuses and incentives are paid only when their conditions are fully met. Pitthu may cancel bonuses gained by fake, self-booked or cancelled trips.
6. Charges can change
- Pitthu may change fares, commission, platform fees, bonuses, incentives, wallet limits and any other charges at any time. The current rates shown in the app apply to each order.
- Pitthu may also change these terms at any time. You will be asked to accept the new terms in the app; using the app after that means you accept them.
7. Orders, cancellation and ratings
- You are free to accept or reject orders. Missing 3 order rings in a row will make you offline automatically.
- Cancelling after accepting, or not reaching the pickup, hurts the customer. Repeated cancellations may lead to lower orders or blocking.
- Customers rate you after each trip. Very low ratings may lead to review or blocking of the account.
8. Location and data
- While you are online, the app uses your phone's location (even in the background) to send you nearby orders and show your position to the customer during a trip.
- Your documents and selfie are used to verify you and keep customers safe. Pitthu does not sell your personal data.
9. Blocking and documents
- Pitthu may suspend or block your account for breaking these terms, fake documents, fraud, safety complaints or legal reasons.
- Keep your documents valid. Expired documents stop new orders until you upload new ones.
- Changes to vehicle or mobile number are done only after Pitthu's approval.
10. Liability and law
- Pitthu is not responsible for your accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, fines or personal losses while using the app.
- These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat will have jurisdiction for any dispute.
- For any complaint, use Help & Support in the app.
