Delete your Pitthu account

For the Pitthu customer app and the Pitthu Partner app (developer: Mahadev Enterprise).

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. You do not need to install or open the app.

How to request deletion

Email us: Delete my account WhatsApp us

• Send an email to support@pitthu.in with the subject "Delete my Pitthu account", your registered mobile number, and which app you use (Pitthu or Pitthu Partner).
• Or send the same on WhatsApp to +91 73594 79280, or use Help & Support in the app.
• To protect you, we may call that number or ask for an OTP to confirm it is you.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
• Any trip in progress must be finished or cancelled first. Partners must clear any negative wallet balance; any positive balance will be paid out to your registered UPI/bank before deletion.
• After deletion you cannot sign in to the old account, and referral codes, coupons, saved addresses, wallet and points are lost.

What we delete and what we keep

Kept records are stored securely, used only for the reasons above, and deleted when the period ends. More details: Privacy Policy – How long we keep it.

Delete only some data

You can also ask us to delete only certain data (for example saved addresses or your birthday) without closing the account. Use the same email or WhatsApp and tell us what to delete.
